"I live in California and have been handling an estate in North Carolina. Most of the issues I've had to deal with back east have been tedious in the extreme. Not so with Alex's office. The first time I called in was in May of 2024, and I needed to know if the property involved was currently insured, and, if so, was it current, and, as it was, when did the policy expire. I spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman called Bree, and it was so different from the experiences I'd had with other aspects of the estate that it really stood out. She got me sorted out and answered every question that I had. The policy was up for renewal this month (January 2025) and I spoke with Alex about changes that needed to be made. He made a visit to the property - well out in the country, 9 miles past Marshall, and sent me a new quote based on his visit. I would highly recommend this office."
